Yes. Schools can enrol a minimum of 5 teachers at institutional pricing. Each teacher receives individual access to the program with certification and live Q&A and practice sessions to help bring learning into the classroom.
Yes. Training is entirely online and self-paced, allowing teachers to learn in the evenings or on weekends without missing a class day. The Montessori work period can be integrated into your existing school schedule as a 60-minute block.
The Indian Institute for Montessori Studies (IIMS) is one of India's leading Montessori teacher education institutions. MontShala's training is aligned with IIMS standards, giving teachers a strong foundation in Montessori practice and a pathway to pursue advanced IIMS certification and diploma programs.
MontShala offers 3 core levels (Foundation, Intermediate, Advanced) plus Kannada Kalisi. The Foundation Course is available now; Intermediate and Advanced are coming soon.
The core training focuses on children aged 3–6 years, aligned with the NEP 2020 Foundational Stage and the National Curriculum Framework for Foundational Stage (NCF-FS). Kannada Kalisi is designed for learners of all ages.
No prior Montessori experience is needed. Courses are designed to start from the basics and build progressively.
Yes. Premium and For Schools plan holders receive a MontShala Certificate of Completion after completing the course and evaluation. This is issued by MontShala and recognised by IIMS as part of the diploma pathway.
